Flight instructor liability insurance for authorized flight instructors

The flight instructor liability insurance insures the legal liability arising from the activity as an authorized flight instructor. The owner’s liability insurance for the aircraft used for training/instruction takes precedence over this insurance. What is not insured? Liability claims for damage to the aircraft used for training/instruction, including all resulting consequential damage.
