Liability war insurance for aircraft

Within the insurance conditions for aircraft liability insurance, damages related to, among other things, war or terrorist events are excluded. It is irrelevant here whether this happens in one’s own country or in a country that is currently at risk from these events.

By taking out liability war insurance or including the so-called clause AVN. 52 to liability insurance, coverage can be obtained for these risks. The conclusion of this addendum is mandatory.
